XOS Operator Stations brings a completely new level of control and monitoring capabilities.

With a highly graphical user interface, based on touch screens and advanced control system technology, the XOS simplify operations, display critical information in innovative formats, and implement control functions not possible with conventional user interfaces.

The huge front console provides space for dual touch screens, while the ergonomic and comfortable chair has joysticks and other components. The chair is fitted with all ergonomic adjustments to obtain a comfortable seated position over a long shift.

XOS rig site Operator Stations can be configured to partner with XOS Operator Stations located onshore, enabling control of the intervention equipment to shift between rig site and onshore whenever found feasible.

A close integration with Stimline Digital’s IDEX system ensures that the rig site intervention equipment will be a close collaborator with digital, borderless workflows, for enhanced planning, execution and analysis.

With XOS Remote intervention operations can be executed from the rig site or from any remote location with a suitable internet connection.

XOS Remote consist of two technologies supporting the ability to operate well intervention equipment remotely:

• XOS Remote connects rig site XOS’s using highly secure transmission protocols and encryption, ensuring safe transfer of commands between XOS Remote and rig site.
• Transmits HD rig site cameras and audio strategically positioned on the intervention unit to the remote XOS, providing the operator a feeling of “being there”. In front of the operator, camera feeds, audio, winch data, 3D wellbore images, job instructions into a highly informative display in front of the operator (require IDEX Advisor).

Designed for remote operations of wireline and coiled tubing in manual, semi-automatic, automatic and autonomous modes.

AdvisorX is Stimline’s Automatic Intervention Control (AIC) application, connecting planning of intervention jobs with rig site execution.

AdvisorX works in conjunction with the XOS Operator Station, which will receive, store and orchestrate the conveyance plans. Once downloaded, the wireline or coiled tubing system runs in and out of the well automatically, accurately following the instructions created in AdvisorX. Plans are easy and quick to create and outputs the ability to accurately track planned vs actual during the entire job.

In AdvisorX the service company can combine best practices, detailed preparations, prior knowledge about the wellbore, and any other consideration into the conveyance plan. When the job is ready to be run, the rig site operator press “execute”, and the equipment start to move in accordance with the entered instructions. Speed profiles, weight limits, movement through tight spots, weight checks, plug tagging, plug milling, plug setting and all kinds of functions can be included in the conveyance plan.

XOS DTS is a depth, speed and tension monitoring system for wireline operations. It replaces and extends the functions of traditional mechanical indicators / meters.

The system is easily set up, with several functions helping the wireline operator through critical operations. Includes automatic winch shutdown on user defined actions to avoid cable break on overpull.

Being part of the XOS product family means that the XOS DTS is prepared for connection to the IDEX system. With the IDEX system, wireline units can become part of a company-wide real time support and job planning system.

ASX is an industrial control system purpose-developed for intervention equipment as wireline and coiled tubing systems, but has been adapted to a variety of applications, such as P&A units, workover drilling units, and more.

A library of software functions covers most functions requested in control, automation and integration for wireline and coiled tubing equipment. ASX carries out commands from XOS operator stations, checks that status from sensors, algorithms and interlocks, and sends commands to variable frequency drives or hydraulic valves for execution of the command.

ASX can be extended and integrated in multiple directions, such fluid pumpers, fluid systems, well control equipment, as well as downhole tools which may control surface equipment based on downhole conditions.
